To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of my real estate agent, Mark Burson. Building a new home can be nerve wracking and fraught with peril. We had no idea how many details were involved or how intricate the process was. There are a lot of variables and we didn’t know where to begin. This is where having a good realtor can become important and having a great realtor can be invaluable.
Let me tell you a little something about Mark. He was with us from the very beginning. He spent time and effort on compiling a list of homes for us to view, assessing the market, and guiding us in the right direction. He sacrificed a good deal of his personal time with daily correspondence to us as we lived far away. He really seemed to want what was best for us and paid little attention to what was best for his financial gain. He handled all negotiations with great skill, saving us countless thousands of dollars and, more importantly, countless headaches. He made the process seamless. He went above and beyond on so many occasions that I wouldn’t have enough space to list each and every circumstance. We built our home from start to finish in 98 days while living 400 miles away. Mark was on the job site several times a week, taking photos, making suggestions, and keeping us up to date on the progress and potential issues with construction. I don’t know what we would have done without his thoroughness and dedication. We had very specific tastes and he was able to identify them immediately. We were in the market for a luxury home and ended up building a 7725 square foot beauty. Mark’s experience with the luxury market, and with luxury features and upgrades in general, enabled us to not miss out on the little things that could easily be overlooked without a set of experienced eyes. Once our home was done and we’d moved in, Mark stayed in touch and continued to help us through our problems, large and small, even though he had long since completed his official duties as a realtor. He said time and again that he was concerned that we find 100% satisfaction with our purchase and that he’d be around no matter how long that took. I don’t know many realtors that have the dedication, sense of integrity, knowledge of the market, or honesty that Mark Burson possesses. In fact, I can say that I haven’t worked with another realtor like him. Over the course of the past 9 months, Mark has become more than just a realtor, he has become my friend. His reputation is impeccable, he is respected for his level of dedication, professionalism, personal approach, and level of knowledge. I have every confidence that he is the best realtor I could have chosen for my endeavor.
Knowing now what I didn’t know then, I wouldn’t even consider looking for another home without Mark’s assistance. Simply put, he’s the best I’ve worked with. I would give him my highest recommendation and will strongly endorse him to my friends and colleagues. If a person is looking for the right home, in the right neighborhood, with the right price, then Mark is the one who can find it for them.
